Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups zucchini shredded & squeezed dry
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup diced ham or turkey
  • Black pepper
  • parsley

Method
 

  1. Mix filling
  2. add to puff pastry–lined tart pan
  3. Spread evenly
  4. Top with lattice using trimmed pastry
  5. Brush with egg wash
  6. sprinkle salt + sesame + poppy seeds
  7. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 min until golden and set
